Don't know any better place than Jaffa 60. It had VERY GOOD location and service, they offered free Wi-Fi. Kitchen was a plus.
Shame the bathroom was wet.

Warm greeting from management. Pretty view from the balcony. Its worth staying here and exploring West Jerusalem district.
